Utopia Rose Gold Shimmer Balm Directions
Dab onto fingertips to swipe lightly over skin to apply. Works exceptionally well as a base for a layered glitter look using Glitterazzi Glitter's loose bioglitter mixes. Do not ingest (however don't be concerned if you do accidentally, everything is natural and non-toxic). Store below 30oC.
