Shipping policy

All products are packed and shipped in recycled or repurposed packing. We try to keep our packaging to a minimum. If you do receive plastic packaging from us, please know this has been recycled or repurposed and we strongly suggest you do the same or send it back for us to use again.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping for most product and this can take between 7 to 20 working days to arrive (we usually say 7 - 10 working days however this can change depending on Australia Post). We ship by Australia Post regular mail without tracking.

Express shipping or tracking

If you would like your order faster and/or tracked, please select express shipping or parcel post tracked shipping.
