Refund policy


At Glittterazzi Biodegradable Glitter we take pride in ensuring you receive our products as quickly and as sustainably as possible. However if you do receive your products and you are unhappy or the products do not meet your expectations we request you reach out to us immediately at play@glitterazzi.me or https://glitterazzi.me/pages/contact-us

Biodegradable glitter a beauty product and for health and safety reasons we can not accept returns unless the the product is incorrect or faulty. Please see our returns and refund policy below:

RETURNS POLICY

If you change your mind before your order has been shipped we can cancel your order for a full refund or store credit.

If your order has been shipped, you may return the order unopened for a store credit (this refers to the shipping on orders due to change of mind, however we can offer you a store credit for the value of your order should you wish to cancel your order after placing it.

To be eligible for a store credit, your order must be returned unopened in the original shipping packaging. 

Our original delivery charges will not be refunded and you are expected to ship the product at your own cost (however if you put a return to sender, the item will be returned at not cost but without tracking and we will not be able to process the return until the items are received). 

Once your goods have been received by Glitterazzi, please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to be processed. We will offer a credit for future orders.

REFUNDS

We offer full refunds or product exchanges for faulty product or incorrect product delivered.

Faulty item will be refunded. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if you have received a faulty or damaged product. If 48 hours has gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

We will ask you to photograph the item send this to us and it will be at our discretion if the items must be returned to complete your refund or exchange. It is also at our discretion whether a replacement will be sent or the cost of the product refunded.

If your order arrived damaged, please contact us and retain all packaging and items. You may be required to bring the product and original packaging into your closet local post office for damage assessments. A refund will not be provided until this has been done.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We will not refund or replace a product if you have changed your mind about purchasing the product or made an incorrect choice.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund but you've received a notification from us that it has been refunded, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card or payment company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SHIPPING

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Glitterazzi Biodegradable Glitter | 114 Noone Street Clifton Hill Victoria AU 3068. If any questions please contact Emily on 0434 648 697 or m@glitterazzi.me.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
