For a heavenly touch, try Jocular Jacaranda as a dazzling eyeliner! Use our aloe glitter glue or eyelash glue to paint a thin line, then pat on the biodegradable glitter over the base. We recommend keeping your eyes closed till it dries to reduce the amount of glitter going where you don't want it.
